Delete your English Town account

In the app — deleted at once

Open English Town, tap the account button at the top right of the map, then «Delete account» at the bottom of the screen, and confirm.

Without the app

Send us the email of the account you log in with (Google, Apple or email). We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login and nickname.
• Your character, coins, pets, quests, streak and lesson progress, on our server and in the cloud copy of your game.
• Your AI conversation allowance and free trial.

What is kept

• Chat messages you sent stay in the room's history until newer ones push them out (a room keeps its last 50 messages).
• Chat reports and bans are kept to keep the chat safe.
• Deleting the account does not cancel Pro: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store, which keep their own records of payments.
